Design for this album cover for Liz Janes is based on a series of orchestral layout diagrams I produced for my father earlier in the year. The final design, which looks something like the blueprint of a miniature Deathstar, comprises 20 of these diagrams, all laid over one another.
It was an off-the-cuff idea based on having these diagrams laying around, but the more I sat with it and worked, the notion of time and space took on new poetic parallels with the image.
